This 5-hour tour includes guided visit of two of the most important museums in the country: The Reina Sofía Museum, and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. The Reina Sofía Museum has the honor of housing and conserving one of the most important paintings of the 20th century: Picasso's Guernica, a masterpiece that will shock you just by looking at it, due to its dimensions and its spectacular nature, and will impact you even more when your guide will explain its hidden symbols and details. This year 2023 marks the 50th anniversary of the death of its author, so it deserves all our attention. The Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum has close to a thousand works ranging from the 13th to the 20th centuries, which have made this museum one of the most prominent internationally. The Collection includes artists of the stature of Titian, Rubens, Rembrandt, Caravaggio, Manet, Renoir, Van Gogh, Gauguin, Kandinsky, Hopper or Picasso. You will enjoy also a walking tour between the two museums, and you will have some of free time. If you want, you can add the optional lunch, so you dont have to worry about where to eat.
