Discover the art of handcrafted jewelry in an authentic workshop located in the heart of Madrid. For approximately two hours, you'll enjoy a creative and different experience, in which you'll create a unique brass piece of jewelry with your own hands to take home as a special souvenir of your trip. No prior experience is needed: we will guide you step by step throughout the process.
To start, you'll get to know the workshop and the tools used by artisan jewelers. Then you can choose the piece you want to create: a ring, a pair of earrings, a pendant or a bracelet. From that moment on, you'll begin to transform a simple sheet of metal into a completely personalized piece of jewelry.
You'll learn traditional jewelry techniques such as measuring, marking the design, cutting the metal with a hacksaw, filing, sanding, shaping, creating textures, polishing, and, when the piece requires it, using a blowtorch to weld the metal. You'll discover how a piece of jewelry is created from scratch in a hands-on, fun, and fully guided way.
We always work with very small groups to offer close, personalized attention, adapting to the pace of each participant. Our goal is for you to enjoy the process as much as the final result, regardless of whether it's your first time working with metal.
All materials, tools, and the guidance of a jeweler are included in the experience, so all you have to do is come with the desire to create and enjoy.
At the end, you'll take home a piece of jewelry made by you from the first cut to the final polish, as well as an experience that you'll remember long after you return home.
