- For groups of more than 4 people, it is necessary to reserve more than 1 tuk-tuk.
In case of delays, the tour duration will be adjusted to the time lost, which could alter the established route.
If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, the activity will be canceled without a refund.
The itinerary is indicative and subject to change due to road closures or demonstrations. In the event that the activity is not carried out due to external causes, such as protests or massive road closures, the customer may request a full refund.
As they do not have a trunk, Tuk Tuks cannot transport suitcases or bulky items.
The tour operates in all weather conditions, except for extreme conditions that compromise safety, in which case a full refund will be given.
In the winter season, the tuk-tuks are equipped with wind and rain protection, as well as blankets for added comfort.
