Day 1 – Ribera del Duero: Depart from Madrid to Ribera del Duero, a region celebrated for its elegant red wines. Enjoy a guided tour of a prestigious winery, including a walk through the facilities and a tasting of three wines paired with local snacks.
Lunch is served in Peñafiel with a traditional Castilian menu accompanied by local wines. Then, continue to Aranda de Duero to visit a second historic winery featuring 15th-century underground cellars and a food tasting experience.
In the afternoon, travel to Miranda de Ebro for accommodation. Dinner is at your leisure in the old town.
Day 2 – Vivanco and the Museum of Wine Culture: Leave Miranda de Ebro towards Rioja Alavesa, northern Spain’s renowned wine region. Visit Bodegas Marqués de Riscal, known for its historical significance and distinctive architecture that blends tradition and modernity.
