Description
We start the tour with pickup from a central location in Madrid, ensuring a comfortable start to your wine experience.
Leaving Madrid, we'll head to Burgos Ribera del Duero, La Aguilera, 'the village of the old vineyards.' An internationally award-winning winery awaits us: Dominio de Cair. There will be a full tour of the facilities and wine tasting directly from the cask, as well as three other wines made here: Selección de la Aguilera, Tierras de Cair, and Cruz del Pendon.
Alvides is the next stop, a family winery. After a few years working with a French winemaker, the third generation decided it was time to take control of the project: three cousins making fantastic wines.
At this time of day, we must be hungry. Nabal is waiting for us. A tapas lunch will be served with 3 house wines. My favorite rosé wine is made here and, of course, we will serve it for your group among the Crianza and Reserva wines.
Valdubon will be the last stop. Laura will organize a food tasting of 3 of the wines. At this point, everyone is looking for something sweet, so the wines will be served with some chocolates to finish the day. At least 12 wines today, tapas, and more!
