The interactive session begins with a bartender demonstration of the classic Aperol Spritz, emphasizing correct proportions, ice usage, and maintaining carbonation. Then you will prepare two additional spritz cocktails yourself: the Hugo Spritz, featuring elderflower and mint, and the Berry Spritz, a fruity variation with berry liqueurs and optional frozen fruit.
