Description
Spend time exploring Madrid through the streets, squares, and neighborhoods that define the Spanish capital. From the grandeur of Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace to bustling markets and café-lined avenues, you'll discover how history, culture, and daily life come together across the city.
Before your experience, you'll complete a short online Personalization Form. We'll use your responses to match you with the right local host, allowing the experience to reflect your interests, whether that's history, food, architecture, art, photography, local culture, or a combination of them all.
You may stroll through historic districts, explore vibrant neighborhoods such as Malasaña or La Latina, browse local markets, spend time in Madrid's celebrated public spaces, or discover the traditions and routines that shape life in the city today. Along the way, your host shares local perspectives, recommendations, and stories that help place each area in context.
Pause for tapas, spend longer in a neighborhood that captures your interest, or follow a recommendation from your host as the experience unfolds. The flexible pace creates opportunities for conversation, unexpected discoveries, and a deeper appreciation of Madrid beyond its best-known landmarks.
