We’ll be stopping at some of Madrid’s best family-run tapa bars for some of the most popular local Spanish tapas like gazpacho, Jamón, Manchego Cheese, Chorizo, Spanish Tortilla omelet, Chorizo stewed in white wine and Madrid Paella, just to mention a few, alongside some delicious Local wine, Sangría or Beer. This tapas hopping from place to place is called “tapeo” among Spaniards. Just as the local’s do in Madrid, we will be standing up at the first two tapas bars and finish by sitting down at a mom-and-pops elegant restaurant for a full sit-down restaurant, always finishing off with some authentic “chupitos” or soothing herbal shots of Pacharán or Licor de Hierbas. Our mission is to take you where the locals enjoy going to savor the best Spanish tapas in Madrid.
