The ham cutting and Iberian product tasting course promises a one-of-a-kind experience. In the heart of Madrid de los Austrias, you can feel like a master ham slicer and taste some amazing products from the acorn-fed Iberian pig. The whole experience has three parts and lasts 1 hour. First, we'll give you a rundown on the history of Iberian ham, the different qualities, and why you can only find it in our country. During the second part, you'll get to try all our products (acorn-fed Iberian ham, acorn-fed Iberian loin, Iberian sausage, Iberian chorizo, Manchego cheese, extra virgin olive oil, and a good wine).
