• For groups of more than 4 people, it is necessary to book more than one Tuk Tuk. In case of delays, the duration of the tour will be adjusted to the time lost, which could alter the established route. If the delay exceeds 20 minutes, the activity will be canceled without refund. The itinerary may be modified due to street closures or demonstrations. As they do not have a trunk, Tuk Tuks cannot transport suitcases or bulky items. The tour takes place in all weather conditions, except in extreme conditions that compromise safety. In winter, Tuk Tuks are equipped with wind and rain protection, as well as blankets for added comfort.
