Real Madrid

The stadium construction was considered a difficult project due to the many challenges they had to overcome in terms of funding, supplies, and shortages of all types that existed in Spain after the Civil War. Even the business partners weren’t sure it could be carried out with any success.  Nevertheless and thanks to Mr. Bernabéu's iniciative, the stadium was opened in 1947 with a capacity of 125,000 spectators.

Today you can take a tour of the stadium to visit the pitch, the locker rooms, the player's tunnel, the bench, and the trophy room, where you can see personally why Real Madrid was chosen as the best team in the twentieth century.
