Our oil mill in Titulcia, a town near Madrid, is a real gem in the area, thanks to its amazing setting where tradition, innovation, culture, heritage, and beauty all come together.

Description

The day will be a tour through the history and surroundings of the mill. Then we'll dive into the process of making our organic olive oil: from the olive flower to the bottle of EVOO. This tour includes a visit to the olive grove. To wrap up the day, we're offering a hedonistic tasting of our olive oils. We'll try two or three different extra virgin olive oils (depending on what's available), paired with other yummy treats from the Madrid region, and with Madrid wines (pairing with DO Vinos de Madrid wines, adjusting to each stage of the tasting). First pairing: EVOO 1, paired with chocolate. Second pairing: EVOO 2, paired with honey. Third pairing: EVOO 3, paired with cured meats or cheeses, all from Madrid. We want you to discover the culture of EVOO and fall in love with this product as much as we do
