Description

Begin with a panoramic view of Toledo, admiring the urban landscape from the opposite side of the river, and then walk through the city to reach Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Once there, you will visit the interior of Primada Cathedral. We will continue with a visit to the synagogue of Santa María la Blanca, one of the most representative monuments of the Jewish legacy in Toledo. Built in the 12th century, this synagogue stands out for its Mudejar architecture, its horseshoe arches and white columns that evoke serenity and beauty. Although it was later converted into a church, it remains a symbol of the cultural splendour of the Sephardic community in the city. We will stop in the historic centre of Toledo, where we will be able to discover charming corners such as the magnificent sheds of the city. The sheds are ancient constructions that connect two buildings on the same property to prevent their owners from having to go out into the street. After seeing the historic centre, we will have free time for lunch following the recommendations of our expert guide.
