• The tour begins from stop 1: Neptuno Fountain (Paseo del Prado, 3198) but you can redeem your tickets and start the tour at any designated Big Bus Stop. Customers are advised to visit the Big Bus website or to download the Big Bus app to see the most up to date bus stop locations and timings. For live bus tracking on the day of travel - please download the Big Bus App in advance of arrival. The complete tour lasts approximately 90 minutes with a 20 min frequency. The route operates between 9.30am and 7.30pm.
