Do you love Yoga and want to practice outdoor during your stay in Madrid ? During this yoga lesson in the magnificent Retiro Park, I will guide you in a tailor-made practice in a quiet place of Retiro Park, surrounded by trees. Depending on what you feel like and how you are, we'll do a slow practice or a energetic practice: Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Lotus Flow Yoga. Please let me know before the class which Yoga style and which langage do you prefer. You will: *Explore the present moment and connect with nature, colors, sounds, and yourself. *Release your tensions *Let flow your energy *Enjoy the peace in the middle of the city and quiet your busy mind I am a cheerful yoga teacher and will help you feel comfortable. I'm not as fluent in english as in spanish or french, but I'll do my best and hope you enjoy it.
